As an entrepreneur, senior executive and consultant, Jean-Marc is a multifaceted business leader who has held positions across a diverse array of industries, including the Internet, finance, publishing, franchising, insurance, manufacturing, entertainment and foodservice.  Jean-Marc is an expert in developing systems, processes and teams for finance, marketing, customer service and technical operations, and he is recognized for his creativity and resourcefulness in developing and implementing no-nonsense business solutions that increase efficiency, performance and profitability of high growth organizations.

In 2005, Jean-Marc co-founded and served as COO and board member at venture-backed Life-Exchange, Inc., the first publically traded business-to-business online exchange for the sale of life insurance policies in the secondary market.  His past consulting clients consist of both entrepreneurial ventures as well as Fortune 500 companies, including Deloitte & Touche, Lois Law, American Express, American Lawyer Media, McGraw Hill, Wasserstein Perella & Co., and Viacom.

Jean-Marc is a founder and current board member for The Sam and Adele Golden Foundation for the Arts, Inc., an internationally recognized 503-c organization founded for the charitable purpose of fostering innovative artistic expression. Jean-Marc has extensive knowledge of all Internet, network and computer technologies as well as with software procurement and development. Jean-Marc has had the opportunity to conducted business in Belgium, Peru, France, the Dominican Republic and Mexico. He received his bachelors of science in business from Cornell University in 1991.
