Taylor co-founded Milsal + McCaull to leverage her skills as a top seller for tech startups, commercial real estate, alternative energy and events sponsorship. She has personally closed over $500M in sales.
Taylor's first company sold CAD hardware and peripherals to retailers and OEMs. She recruited and managed a sales team and grew revenue at more than 250% year-over-year for five years. Next, she founded a mechanical engineering company, providing hardware design services for large corporate clients including Apple and HP. Taylor went on to work as commercial real estate agent at the start of the dot-com era, closing one of the largest transactions in the country for Inktomi, an early internet search company, along with then-unknown startups including Salesforce and Match.com. Taylor leveraged her insider capabilities to partner with a leading tech company to develop a 1.3M square foot office project. Comfortably established as a record-breaking sales innovator fluent in new technologies, Taylor turned her talent to one of her passions, clean energy, selling industrial-scale power generation plants and waste-to-energy technology to food manufacturers and corporate accounts including Heinz and Canadaguia Winery.
Having witnessed the evolution of modern sales from the three-martini lunch to robo-dialing and email spam, Taylor realized that a new approach was needed for selling technical solutions to C-Suite executives. Milsal + Partners successfully accelerated revenues and increased valuation for a diverse portfolio of clients using Taylor's approach. The firm developed strategic partnerships for events production for clients such as the Uptime Institute, the recognized authority on enterprise data centers, a division of 451 Group; and for the renowned medical conference TEDMED. Work with other events clients has culminated in contracts with Lockheed Martin and the M&A divisions of Microsoft and Yahoo. The firm also consulted on go-to-market strategies in industries as diverse as agriculture and digital gaming. Taylor now joins this record of sales success with Christine Mason McCaull's launch and executive management chops to provide clients with a complete professional services firm.
Taylor co-founded TEDx San Francisco, the first TEDx, and LoveSpring. She is active in TED and Summit Series and serves on the board of Architecture for Humanity. In her personal life, she hosts salons to bring together the brightest minds of our time.
