They wanted to understand the entire supply chain for fresh produce: Wholesalers, industrial food supply, manufacturers, grocery chains, corner stores, restaurants and caterers. Our 27-page report included a complete competitive analysis including seasonal pricing, shelf life, shipping routes, transportation costs, recommended packaging, trade association resources and key industry contacts.

Monstrous Company has a patent-protected technology that allows music to be matched to action in digital games -- by anyone and in mere seconds. We began our engagement with Monstrous by assessing their technology and researching the market to find their unique point of entry. Our initial analysis of music industry prospects culminated in a list of over 50 of the most prominent names in the business -- global superstars with over 10M Facebook fans each. With our help, Monstrous landed minutely customized sales presentations on the desks of, and scored meetings with, management for some of the biggest pop artists in history, a class of manager notoriously difficult to reach.
